Cooking Boeuf Bourguignon




Hello Waltrips!


I spent my Sunday afternoon cooking Boeuf Bourguignon!! And (thankfully) it turned out amazing, if I do say so myself!!!


Last night my friends and I went out for a birthday, so I didn't get home until around 1 am!


Therefore, I started my Boeuf a little later than hoped for, around (1pm), but we were eating by 7! The recipe is easy, just time consuming. I also made buttered peas to go with it which took 4 minutes ha!

OMG! It looks just like Julia's! I'm so proud of you for making it - I must copy you and make it while watching "Julie and Julia"!! We also miss you. Please let us know as you hear from all those lucky colleges and universities. Post soon! Great pictures! Love you!

My sister used to make this for dinner parties. Fun to pronounce, too.

That looks yummy. I enjoyed that movie. I love to cook, but I don't think I have the patience to cook my way through Julia's cookbook. Plus, I don't think my doctor would enjoy having my cholesterol go thru the roof. Hee-hee. Love you.
