The sofa project has been moving along at a rapid pace after removing the literally thousands of staples holding the original upholstery in place. We swore that we would not duplicate the immense number of staples, but to date have used 1250 in the current sofa project!!
While the sofa project has been great fun (?), it took a back seat to the Roanoke Valley Quilt Show at the Roanoke Civic Center on Friday March 25th. I had no idea the intricacies of quilt making and no real appreciation of the art they truly are! I am so glad Carolyn was along to explain the details. Enjoy!
