What a wonderful morning we had with Aunt Debbie! She greeted us with:
homeade cheese biscuits (prettier than Paula Deen's pictured here!)
brown sugared ham
strawberries with yogurt
and
a coffee bar
WHAT FUN!! This is how EVERY Saturday should be! The weather has been glorious so we sat on her screened-in porch chatting while Davis played with the fireplace dragon. Don't ask.
Many thanks, Aunt Debbie! I hate that Adam and I will be out of town next Saturday! Maybe I can host the next one!!

You are so sweet! It was truly a simple little meal and I just loved having you young ladies (and the one young gentleman) over. Davis is a doll! Let me know when I can have him for a couple hours...he is a true sugar baby!
I am so sorry I missed the goodness of this morning! Most of my favorites right there and I was at the lake. Oh well, it was lovely waking up near the water even if you had to go a ways to SEE the water... The lake is lower than I've ever seen it. I took some pictures which I'll try to post soon, but picture this - the house across the cove from us had their entire dock and pontoon boat on dry land. The floating dock beside Joe's boat is on dry land... Pitiful... Pray for rain.
Now then, what are we doing next Sat? Glad you had a great mornin'
